So this is obviously my first experience blogging and I'm not certain that it's a habit I'll continue, but for now I'need the diversion to break the monotony of this summer holiday.

At the age of 18 I'm a rising Junior in college double majoring in Psychology and Sports Science and a varsity wrestler (for the time being). Aside from being a self-proclaimed nerd, I love exercise and nutrition and I attempt to learn everything possible about the fields (even if I don't constantly adhere to their tenets). My musical preference is diverse
